Sometimes people say views aren't interesting, it's much more interesting to see people, so I thought I'd include some photos of Ali and I on our Cretan holiday in September. It's quite a tonic to look at the photos in the dark depths of January.
I think this one by the sea at Myrthianos the western extent of Plakias at a bar is a favourite with the sunset in the backgroundabove, our drinks and below a couple more photos taken on the same evening

Here we are at the Fortress in Heraklion called Koules which is the Turkish word for fortress.
