Hardys Cottage Garden Plants

I visited Hardys a couple of years ago on the way to somewhere else and was very impressed by their range and quality of plants, and so was keen to make a return visit. It's really not as far as I imagined it was from Swindon, about an hour, so I'll be making more trips over there.
It's hard to convey in a few photos what a brilliant selection of perfectly grown plants that they have. As you walk in there are displays of plants looking really at their best just now
Below some rather exuberant Crocosmia, I bought Golden Ballerina, not seen below
This was an attempt at showing how the plants are laid out, but you have to go and visit!
And these are the purchases Laura and I made
An added bonus is that just along the road from the nursery is the wonderfully named 'Watership Down' pub where the food was great, and it's possible to stay and maybe take in the Bombay Sapphire Gin distillery as well.
