Avebury

Arriving in Avebury having walked along the Ridgeway and then dropped down from the tops into the village is wonderfully invigorating, especially when the weather is glorious as it is at the moment.
I took three photos on the last visit:

Firstly The Red Lion looking stunning as always. then the hanging baskets outside Elements of Avebury were excelling themselves with their exuberance:

 and while we were waiting for the bus to take us home, a special edition of a bus went the other way commemorating 25 years of Stagecoach West.

I haven't seen one of these buses again, but it was quite eye catching.
